Aerokids Education Pvt. Ltd. Customer Satisfaction Policy
At Aerokids Education Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality software that meets your educational management needs. We appreciate your trust in choosing MySchoolManage for your institution. This policy outlines our approach to refunds should our services not meet your expectations.
Monthly Subscriptions
If you are not fully satisfied during your first month of using our services, please contact us. We will make every effort to resolve your issue, provide a workaround, or offer a timeline for a satisfactory solution. If we are unable to meet your needs, we will gladly issue a FULL REFUND and downgrade your account to the free plan.
Annual Subscriptions
We offer the flexibility to choose between monthly and annual subscriptions. If you opt for an annual plan and are not satisfied within the first 45 days, please reach out to us. We will work to address your concerns, and if we cannot provide a satisfactory resolution, we will offer a FULL REFUND and downgrade your account to the free plan.
Ongoing Satisfaction
We strive to maintain your satisfaction throughout your entire subscription period. If, at any time during your contract, we remove or discontinue a feature that was available when you signed up, please notify us immediately. If we are unable to restore the functionality within a reasonable timeframe, we will offer a PRO-RATED REFUND for the remainder of your contract.
Partial Downgrade of Annual Subscription
If you decide to partially downgrade your annual subscription by reducing the number of licenses, downgrading the edition, or removing an add-on, we will provide you with credits in the form of an extended subscription for the active licenses. Please note that the discounts applied at the time of purchase will not be considered when calculating the value of the credits.
Auto-Renewal and Refunds
Your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel. We will notify you of the renewal charge before it is processed. If you forget to cancel, you can still request a FULL REFUND within five business days for monthly subscriptions or fifteen days for annual subscriptions after the renewal date. Beyond these periods, we will not be able to process refund requests, including PRO-RATED refunds.
Exceptions to the Refund Policy
Refunds will not be provided in cases where your account is terminated, suspended, or blocked due to activities that violate our Terms of Service, such as phishing, impersonation, fraud, or other illegal actions.
